Q. Do the 6 prints included in the portrait packages have to be the same image?
A. Yes, all the packages with 6 prints include 2x 9x6s and 4x 6x4s, they are the same image. However this can be changed after your photoshoot, if you buy digital images.
Q. I already have a voucher to use, why do I need to pay the £20 booking fee?
A. We take deposits for all out photoshoots, this is to ensure no slots are wasted by no- shows. Please note we have a 48hr cancellation policy Tues-Fri and a non-transferable, non-refundable weekend policy
Q. What equipment do you use?
A. We use a Canon 5D mk IV which is a professional grade camera. We use Canon lenses to ensure a crisp, clear image.
Q. Can you use the portrait packages outside of the studio?
A. Yes, you can use any package outdoors, it increases the cost by £25.
Q. Do you do individual portraits or headshots?
A. Yes, we use a slightly different pricing structure, so best to get in touch if this is what you’re looking for.
Q. How do I redeem my Groupon or Wowcher?
A. No need to redeem, just get booked in for when you can and bring the voucher with you either printed or on your phone.
Q. Do we bring our own clothes?
A. YES, please note, we are not a wardrobe.
Q. Why are you a wedding photographer and a studio photographer?
A. We love shooting weddings, but it’s not an all year round requirement, so we have studio sessions to fill the gaps. We believe we excel in both wedding photography and studio photography.
Q. Are you a videographer?
A. No, but we’re working on it. In the meantime, we have great videographers on hand to help out.
Q. Why are family photoshoots so expensive?
A. Simple answer is, they’re not. They can be, with high street photographers such as Venture or Revolution, but we charge a fraction of the cost and believe our quality and care is much higher.
Q. Can I buy framed images?
A. Yes, and we love selling them because they’re stunning! All we need is a size and a frame choice and we’ll get you a quote with a rendered image of how it’ll look.
Q. Will I get a discount if I buy several images?
A. Yes. There are different packages available, allowing you to choose a selection of your favourite images at an exclusive price. Ask at the viewing for current offers available.
Q. What’s your cancellation policy?
A.You can book an appointment online using our calendar. Find a date and time that suits and pay the refundable £20 deposit, you'll get your deposit back as long as you turn up to your appointment. You will need to pay another deposit it you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment during the week. Please note that appointments are non-transferable and cannot be cancelled, if you book a weekend slot.
Your deposit can be taken off any extra items or is refunded after your order collection
